**Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM**

We are seeking an experienced **Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager** with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail to join our team in driving smart city transformation.

You will work closely with our **Operations Director** to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction while ensuring the procurement of high-quality materials.

- Uphold the company's reputation and reliability.
- Implement supply chain strategies that support business growth.
- Provide comprehensive employee training, ensuring compliance with company policies and a commitment to excellence.
- Analyze shipping and delivery data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Oversee and track inventory to maintain accuracy.
- Plan production schedules and ensure adequate material supply.
- Manage product obsolescence effectively.
- Facilitate and oversee stocktaking activities.
- Supervise shipping logistics.
- Track and report on operational performance metrics.
- Address and resolve operational challenges.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to enhance supply chain efficiency.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum **Diploma** in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management.
- At least **5 years of experience** in a relevant field.
- Strong expertise in **supply chain management** within a **manufacturing environment**.
- Familiarity with **Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)** systems.
- Excellent **analytical and negotiation skills**.
- Proven **leadership abilities** and strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective **communication skills** with a hands-on approach.
- Highly **organized, efficient, and results-driven**.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage challenging situations effectively.
- **International working environment** with a friendly and passionate team.
