- The Research Officer (RO) will be part of a strategic project to monitor the implementation and evaluate a new care model in SingHealth Community Hospitals._
- The RO will be responsible for performing data collection, coding, analysis and accurate interpretation of results for the project, including conducting interviews with research participants (may include patients, patients’ families/ caregivers and care team). The RO supports monthly project meetings as secretariat to present project status updates and review key findings with the project team. He/she also assists to prepare the quarterly performance review and review performance with project team before submission. The RO will participate in the preparation of abstracts, posters, and manuscripts, as well as conduct literature reviews. He/she will perform other related duties as assigned._
**_Requirements_**
- _Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Psychology, Social Work or Sociology)_
- _Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis _
- _Good interpersonal and communication skills_
- _Ability to work both independently and collaboratively_
- _Flexibility to work after office hours and on weekends as needed, as participants may request that we interview them during these timings_
