**The Job**:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Vietnam, you will be seconded to be the General Director of an Integrated Development in Bac Giang Province; known as Project Neo an integrated project comprising of residential, commercial, industrial and logistics developments. You will be based in Hanoi or Bac Giang Province and be responsible to lead a team to implement, execute, adapt and operate the business plan for Project Neo to generate significant revenue and profit.

Primarily, you will execute the business plan as approved by the board of directors and/or the board of management of the Joint Venture Township, the holding vehicle of a 122-hectare township. As the General Director of the Joint Venture Township, you will ensure that the interests of CapitaLand, processes and systems, approval limits are met or exceeded in the implementation of the business plan. You will co-ordinate and manage stakeholders including but not limited to heads of departments in CapitaLand Vietnam, joint venture partners, business partners, operators, government & related agencies including but not limited to EVN and DONRE. You will ensure profitable management of the Township project and achieve optimal balance between quality and cost. You will also take the lead to prepare and deliver presentations on proposals and updates to senior management team in CapitaLand and the Board of Directors of the Joint Venture Entity(s).

Other responsibilities include driving the construction activities and manage the contractors to ensure the projects are completed on time, within cost and of the highest quality. You will also drive sales of residential developments and leasing of warehouses and industrial properties, sales of industrial land plots and ensure operations are run in accordance with local laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- An Engineering Degree is preferred
- At least 10 years’ experience in property development, project management and P&L responsibility
- A proven track record in a similar capacity
- Highly numerate, strategic thinker with good analytical skills
- A team player who is passionate about business results, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Resourceful and self-driven with strong business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders effectively
