**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute plans to implement the business strategy for new business avenues and platforms.
- Implement the setup plans for the regional headquarters.
- Collect data and information to support planning and development of new business avenues.
- Facilitate the coordination of resources for the implementation of setup plans for the regional headquarters, requiring Japanese communication skills for smooth coordination.
- Manage the operational tasks of board meetings and general assemblies, conducted in Japanese.
- Adhere to processes, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and without errors.
- Proactively identify and implement efficiencies and improvements in processes as needed.
- Assist/Execute ad-hoc tasks as directed by manager, ensuring flawless execution.Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Degree in Business or Management Studies and above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate planning, with preference in asset management from energy projects.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese (read, write, present professionally in Japanese due to extensive communication with Japanese stakeholders).Proven ability to follow processes meticulously and execute tasks without mistakes.

**Skills**:

- Advanced skills in Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, Continuous Improvement Management, and Project Management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in partnership development and risk management.
