COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January 1993. Other than being the key logistics provider for NTUC FairPrice and its subsidiaries, we had serviced the Dairy Farm Group, Royal Ahold Group (since exited from Singapore Markets) and many small supermarket chains since our establishment.

DESIGNATION : Operation Executive (Transportation)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To run day-to-day last miles deliveries, and achieve the KPIs set for transport operations.
- To manage and improve on monthly Missing, Wrong, Damage and Additional deliveries (MWDA).
- To manage Transporters to ensure that they perform and comply with their contractual commitment.
- Working together with TMS, plan and execute daily works efficiently, and achieve high productivity and accuracy.
- To ensure internal fleet achieve targeted revenue and productivity.
- To observe and give feedback on the process for optimization.
- To train and supervise subordinates

QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in logistics, engineering or businessrelated field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisoryrole or a related field
- Proven experience in last miles delivery
- Excellent documentation skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and timemanagement skills
- Experience in leading and developing top performing teams
