**What the day will look like**

Aon is Asia’s leading provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human resources solutions and outsourcing. Aon’s Transaction Solutions (**TS**) team, sitting with the broader Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions (**AMATS**) group, provides bespoke insurance solutions (namely Warranty & Indemnity (**W&I**) Insurance, as well as tax insurance and litigation / other contingent risk insurance lines) that give financial security to buyers and sellers in M&A transactions by transferring potential future liabilities to the insurance market.

Forming a critical part of Aon’s regional specialty team and supporting a senior member of the Asia TS team, you will be assisting in originating, managing and executing TS opportunities. This is achieved through engaging the internal Aon client service teams and external distribution channels (lawyers, investment banks, fund managers, accounting firms and private equity firms) to develop relationships and deliver TS solutions to clients and prospects.

**You will be responsible for**:
At the outset, assisting the TS team in the following:

- Assist with transaction reporting and pipeline management.
- Assist in the engagement of external distribution channels (lawyers, investment banks, fund managers, accounting firms and private equity firms) and internal Aon client service teams to develop relationships and deliver TS solutions to clients and prospects.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and collation of data and other collateral for business development and deal specific use.
- Assist in the advisory and delivery of TS solutions (primarily W&I insurance) on M&A transactions (whether Asian-based or offshore).
- Assist in the process of placing a W&I insurance solution on any M&A transaction.
- Assist the broader AMATS team on various proposals and execution aspects of Transaction Advisory Services and Human Capital M&A.

- Have strong people skills with the ability to work with others under pressure and to resolve conflict in a constructive manner.
- Be detail-oriented, conscientious, and be able to work independently.
- Able to manage concurrent projects and workstreams.
- Possess superior communication skills, both orally and in writing, and ability to effectively and confidently present to clients and other audiences.
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- To be based in Singapore.
