**What the role is**
- The Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) is a Government agency under the Prime Minister's Office responsible for the investigation and prevention of corruption in Singapore. It ensures that zero tolerance towards corruption is maintained, and Singapore remains corruption-free. CPIB welcomes motivated individuals who are willing to play the important role of providing finance and administrative services in supporting the Bureau's needs and its mission.

**What you will be working on**
- The Finance and Procurement (FP) Branch under Finance and Administrative Division undertakes financial management, budgeting, payroll administration, accounting for assets, and procurement duties. As Executive / Senior Executive (Finance and Procurement), you will: - Assist in overseeing the administrative and strategic functions within FP Branch. - Perform various finance and procurement tasks such as processing of transactions and submissions, putting up and/or vetting proposals and reports etc. - Work closely with Admin and Facilities Branch to enhance the quality of services provided to internal and external customers. - Any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

**What we are looking for**
- If you meet the following pre-requisites and can identify with our mission, join us now - At least 3 years of working experience as a finance and procurement officer;
- Familiar in Government cash and accrual accounting, and Government procurement processes;
- Experience with NFS, HRP and GeBIZ systems;
- Knowledge of Government Procurement Instruction Manuals, Finance Circulars and Finance Circular Minutes is required;
- Good analytical, written and verbal communication skills;
- Good interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels and in a team;
- Organised, meticulous and strong ability to multi-task;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint; and - Singapore Citizen.
