**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:**What you can expect in our dynamic startup**:

- Be part of the core development team
- Architect services and systems using well-accepted design patterns to allow for iterative, autonomous development and future scaling
- Mentor teammates in an open, respectful, flexible, empathetic manner
- Work with the product team to translate powerful ideas into everyday business value
- Anticipate future use cases and makes design decisions that minimize the cost of future changes

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:**Have these attributes? We would love to speak to you**
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Full-stack development experience is ideal
- Experience working with Flutter
- Problem-solving skills, analytical mind, and positive attitude
- A good communicator who can explain technical concepts to product managers, designers, support, and other engineers
- Curiosity about how things work
