Lab Chemical Specialist

Responsibilities
- Analyze precious metal materials accurately on a daily basis in accordance with the SOPs provided in the final sampling and analysis Lab.
- Provide timely and appropriate technical advice to operation personnel, including material handling procedures and hazards, based on SOPs.
- Collaboration with the operations department is required to develop a cost-effective treatment/recovery method for incoming/customer materials.
- Assist in providing advice and coordination during the operation's technical-driven recovery trials.
- Assist in optimizing alternative analysis and recovery methods. Contribute to the Laboratory's research.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry with at least two years of precious metal laboratory experience.
- Ability to cooperate and communicate with others, especially those without a technical background.
- Computer literacy.
- Exceptional problem solving, verbal and written communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Company provides transport.
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Time: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.00pm)
