Account Based Management (ABM) is a critical engagement approach to help drive relationships and maximize yield within our client base. NTT Ltd. is investing significant capability into this area and we’re looking for a leader to join and lead our global ABM programs and campaigns.
The Senior Manager for ABM Programs is critical in executing our ABM methodology and driving a significant uplift in engagement with clients to retain and expand their engagement with NTT.
Working closely with the global VP and Director for ABM, this role will contribute to driving our APAC 1:; 1:few ABM program approach and 1:many approach, working with the campaigns and content CoE, digital hub and content teams to deliver compelling programs and content and ensuring the right clients and ABM construct and approach for our global campaigns.
**Working at NTT**
- Plan and implement 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs aligned to APAC business priorities, goals and identified client needs, working closely with APAC regional marketing and ABM teams, campaigns CoE and Divisions.
- Support the right ABM approach and tactics for global campaign and brand initiatives such as Tour de France.
- Work with local sales and country marketing on the identification and execution of key accounts and cluster campaigns based on client insights.
- Track and demonstrate ABM adoption and performance in achieving business goals.
- Act on insight to ensure continued evolution and focus on driving pipeline results.
**Education and Training and Experience**
- 5 years of experience in technology and/or business environments. Marketing, communications or online agency experience, or some mix thereof, required.
- Demonstrable ABM experience - particularly in the world of 1:1 & 1:few execution.
- A good understanding of multi-channel engagement data, behavioural data and predictive data, in order to leverage same for optimization of client engagement.
- Client-centric focus on understanding and translating the needs of the client to personalized ABM programs aligned to business goals and objectives
- ABM industry training or accreditations
- Strong knowledge of web 2.0, search, wikis and interactive elements and appropriate use
