**About the Team**:
As a Workforce Performance Metrics Manager, you will lead our efforts in designing, implementing, and optimizing daily performance measurement systems and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your role involves analyzing performance data, conducting root cause analysis, providing real-time support to address performance challenges, and calling out critical resources needed to achieve business goals. Additionally, you will establish performance improvement governance and lead the implementation of initiatives to enhance organizational performance. You will collaborate across departments to optimize APT - Productivity - Quality - Risk - Cost performances, aligning them with our strategic goals. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of performance management principles, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to set and track KPIs related to workforce efficiency, productivity, risk, and customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:1. Performance Measurement and KPI Design**:
- Design and implement daily performance measurement systems and KPIs to monitor and track workforce efficiency, productivity, quality, risk, and customer experience.
- Ensure alignment of KPIs with organizational objectives and priorities.
- Balancing northstar metrics based on business strategies and drive resource optimizations.
**2. Performance Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis**:
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying factors contributing to performance challenges.
**3. Real-Time Performance Support**:
- Provide real-time support to cross-functional teams to address performance challenges and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions as needed.
**4. Performance Improvement Governance**:
- Establish and maintain performance improvement governance frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead the implementation of performance improvement initiatives and monitor progress.
**5. Resource Needs Identification**:
- Identify critical resources required to achieve business goals and make recommendations to address resource gaps.
**6. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with departments to optimize APT (Productivity, Quality, Risk, and Cost) performances.
- Work with teams to align performance goals with strategic objectives.
**7. KPI Tracking and Reporting**:
- Set and track key performance indicators related to workforce efficiency, productivity, risk, and customer experience.
- Develop reports and dashboards to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
**8. Decision making under Ambigious Environment**:
- Make decisions under pressure and unclear directions based on data driven judgement.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Hoshin Plan, X Matrix, Kaizen methodology.
- Proven experience in workforce performance metrics management, data analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Basic knowledge of automation, modeling, data structure, database.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions to workforce-related issues.
- Understanding of Toyota performance management principles and KPI development will be a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 5 years of experience in workforce performance metrics management or related roles.
- Experience in Gemba Walk, Managing Daily Improvement, A3 methodology will be a plus.
- Experience in establishing and leading performance improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting systems.
- Experienced in cost-saving management projects or programs.
