**GENERAL SUMMARY** **UFC GYM Singapore is the authorized Singapore Master Franchisee of UFC GYM®, which is a health, wellness, and fitness center that offers programs for all ages and fitness levels. We are rapidly expanding to 15 locations in the next 5 years.** **We deliver innovative and effective fitness experiences that enable our members to ‘Train Different’ by fusing together a multi-disciplined approach of mixed martial arts with state-of-the-art equipment, group classes, elite coaching and tailored personal training, supported by a motivating community of fitness enthusiasts.** **UFC Gym Singapore is hiring talents and enabling people to fulfill their potential by embracing a growth mindset, inspiring excellence in leaders and teams to bring their best each day and deliver the best member and team member experience.** **The Membership sales consultant is responsible for Club Membership and Personal Training Sales. They are responsible for ensuring that 100% of guests are presented with a Fitness Tour around the gym and presenting membership options to potential members. The membership sales consultant is expected to follow up with current members and gather feedback regarding their experience in the Club.** **ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** **1. Lead Generation & Appointment Booking** - **Generate leads through member promotions, referrals, and guest passes.** - **Internal marketing and prospecting.** - **Book membership appointments through productive phone activities and meet or exceed monthly appointment goals set forth by the company.** - **Book membership and guest appointments to meet or exceed monthly goals.** * 2. Guest Touring, Membership Presentations, & Personal Production - Ensure that 100% of guests are presented the “Fitness Tour” when touring guests around the gym as detailed in the Membership sales consultant Playbook.(50% Closure) - Use the company approved presentation when presenting membership options to non-members. - New Member Sales Revenue (NMS) and New Electronic Fund Transfer Sets (EFT) - The minimum expectation of 30 NMU each month including Renewals. * * 3. Customer Service - Follow up with members that have enrolled to ensure we are exceeding or at least meeting expectations. - Accountable for saving members that are requesting to cancel their membership. If the Membership sales consultant is unable to convince a member from cancelling, they must have any club manager meet the member. - Reports to SM and get SM to approve and sign off for any special discounts, waiver of fee or any sales not within the system like customized B2B sales Minimum Qualification & Desirable Attributes - "O" Level / ITE and above - CPR/AED Certification (preferred) - Fitness Instructor or Group Training Instructor Certification (preferred) - 1-3 years of Sales experience in the fitness sector (preferred) - Microsoft Office, Google Docs & G-suite proficiency **Salary**: $1,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Gym membership Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay COVID-19 considerations: Mask Required **Experience**: - Sales: 1 year (preferred)
