**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a Membership Consultant, you are a high energy, pro-active and professional individual who is the “face” of Anytime Fitness to the public and our members. You’re accountable and feel responsible for every aspect of the gym sales, customer service and branding. You are dedicated to relentlessly ensuring all club areas are engaged, performing, and delivering world-class membership experiences. Membership Consultants are dynamic and imaginative and help build exceptional experiences to drive strategy and achieve key results for the business.

**Core Responsibilities of The Job**

**Sales and Customer Service**
- Assist Club Manager in creating dynamic and diverse marketing and outreach campaigns for member acquisition and brand awareness.
- Assist Club Manager to establish targeted campaigns for member acquisition, personal training promotion, group class promotion based on key metrics, statistics and initiatives.
- Assist Club Manager to promote the club services at events and promotional functions.
- Assist Club Manager to ensure that prospects and customers receive exceptional customer service at all levels of club operations.

**Member Experience And Community**
- Lead dynamically by example by being visible on the floor to assess, anticipate, and fulfil the needs of the business, team, and members.
- Address members’ concerns and emergency requests with a high sense of urgency.
- Increase brand awareness and acceptance in the community by cultivating inclusive relationships with partners and community influencers and seeking to engage with diverse community resources and programs.

**Working With Others**
- Retain supportive and productive relationships with all team members in the club.
- Encourage, and collaborate with team members to ensure an optimal member experience and support all club operations.
- Collaborate across clubs on related topics of customer service, operations, and sales/marketing.

**Operations**
- Assist Club Manager to manage whole club performance in accordance with goals (sales, budget, etc.).
- Assist Club Manager in planning and executing quarterly and annual Marketing and Outreach Campaigns
- Assist Club Manager to understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

**Job Requirements**

**Eligibility**
- Legally eligible to work in the jurisdiction of the club you are assigned to.

**Availability**
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and one day of the weekend

**Other Willingness Requirements**
- Willing to work as part of a team
