As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.

**1. Operational Management**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows across departments.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and timely replenishment.
- Monitor order fulfillment and shipping processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

**2. Team Coordination**
- Assist in scheduling and managing part-timers for operations and backend support.
- Resolve order-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with the marketing person for promotional activities and product launches.

**3. Serving Walk-In Customers**
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients at our showroom.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable watch straps and accessories based on their preferences and needs.
- Handle on-the-spot transactions, including payment processing and product packaging.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in the showroom.

**Key Requirements**
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations or customer service role (ecommerce experience is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus
