**Overview of Role**
- Full time
- Location: 176 Sin Ming Dr, #05-10, Singapore 575721 (on-site)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm), Saturday (9am to 2pm)

**The Service Advisor Role**
- Oversee daily operations of workshop to ensure smooth operation of workshop, efficient customer service, and high quality of service
- Advise customers on vehicle condition, diagnosed repairs required, estimated repair cost, and completion timeline
- Oversee vehicle repair, including studying vehicle repair history to ensure any unusual or repeated complaints are surfaced, and coordinating with relevant parties such that the repair is completed according to customer needs and in accordance with guidelines
- Oversee customer accounts from start to end, including conducting test drive of vehicles before repairs to diagnose issues, preparing quotations, keeping customer updated on progress, and verifying vehicle cleanliness and job completion after repairs
- Maintain accurate service documentations through administrative duties, including updating status of work in progress and maintain data on campaigns

**Other Requirements**
- Singaporean, must possess Class 3 driving license
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role in the automobile industry

Estimated Salary: $3000 to $4000 (including fixed basic pay and variable pay depending on performance)

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
