Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in greeting and serving walk-in customers/ visitors and receive payments
- Responsible in assisting and providing general day to day administrative support to service advisors
- Responsible in booking of appointments for customers
- Responsible in handling petty cash reimbursement
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
- With relevant working experience in Front desk role or customer service frontline job
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Judicious and careful with payments
- Working location: Sin Ming Auto City, Bishan
- Working hours: 5.5 working days per week, Mon - Fri (Alternate Sat)
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
