Our client is a dynamic company committed to sustainability and innovation. Right now, they are looking for a **Assistant Finance Manager/ Finance Manager**to oversee the company’s financial functions in a lean yet efficient manner. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can independently manage finance operations with the support of an outsourced accountant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
- Work closely with an outsourced accountant to ensure accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and management accounts for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax filings (GST, corporate tax), and audits.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Support business operations with financial planning, cost control, and cash flow management.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders on financial matters.Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and internal controls.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an SME environment.
- Ability to work independently as a one or two-person finance team.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s financial regulations, taxation (GST, corporate tax), and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with external accountants and stakeholders.Singapore Citizens or PRs preferred.
