**_Main Roles and Responsibilities : _**
- Prepare Course Administrative functions for Executives Programme by
- Creation of course runs & Input of course participants in TPGW portal for funded courses.
- Assist in ushering course participants on first day of course and ensuring their presence and as well as assisting course participants in their attendance taking in TPGW portal.
- Scanning and filing of signed Exec course attendance list in SQI shared folder for retrieval.
- Preparation of course logistics (course notes printing & delivery, attendance lists, course surveys and signages preparation).
- Verifying & updating of trainees' attendance of Exec course in TPGW, uploading of WSQ assessment result in TPGW, verifying and submitting cert printing requests for Exec courses.
- Prepare Purchase Order in the SAP
- **_Other duties and responsibilities _**:

- PR Support
- Organise yearly PR evening talks
- Assist PR Chairman in annual yearbook publication
- Any other ad-hoc duties required.
