**About this role**:
We are looking for someone who has love for all things related to Paid Social and Display performance media to join our Demand Generation team. This role will report to our Performance Marketing Manager and will be based in Singapore.

**What you’ll do**:

- Plan and execute paid social and display performance media across APAC
- Coordinate with local marketing, supply and operations teams to run campaigns and ads, analyze and share reports
- Daily optimization of campaigns such as budget allocation, creative optimization and more on Facebook Ads, Smartly, Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Apple Search Ads, TikTok
- Growth hack through experiments (A/B Test, Lift Test) on paid media platforms
- Increase automation of campaign setup and optimisation through feed-based solutions and alerts

**What you’ll need**:

- 1-2 year experience in Paid Social and/or Display Marketing using Business Manager, Smartly, DV360 and/or Google Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing funnel, revenue and user acquisition
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics/Appsflyer) and Google Datastudio
- Ability to multi-task and deliver quality results within tight timelines independently with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to work with numbers
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with a growth, roll-up your sleeves mindset
- Fully vaccinated from COVID-19
