**Requirements**:
- Must have relevant Qualification Certificate in luxury goods appraisal, such as LUXURY WATCH APPRAISER CERTIFICATE, HANDBAG APPRAISER CERTIFICATE, etc.
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in the luxury goods industry, with a focus on appraisal services.
- Proven track record of leadership and management, with experience leading teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex appraisal concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience as a lecturer or trainer in the field of luxury goods appraisal preferred.
- Must be registered Certified Industry Trainer.
- In-depth knowledge of market prices, valuation methodologies, and authentication techniques for luxury items.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and integrity in appraisal practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement appraisal methodologies and protocols to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough assessments of high-value luxury items, utilizing specialized knowledge and expertise to determine fair market value.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their appraisal needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting luxury goods valuation.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners to foster business growth and expansion opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, showcasing expertise and thought leadership in luxury goods appraisal.
