**PURPOSE OF THE JOB** Provide support to the Finance Manager and China Growth Leaders including accounting, financial analysis as well as management and financial reporting for the China License Fees and associated G&A. **JOB SIZE** - License Fees of >$300M and significant development pipeline. - This position will be based in Singapore **JOB FUNCTIONS** - Perform analysis and share with management explanations for variances in monthly system and same store sales, license fees, development pipeline and other key China growth metrics - Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for Asia Leadership Team, Global Leadership Team and US HQ - Communication with US based Control and Planning teams - Provide analytical support to internal stakeholders - Support Asia CFOs & Controller as needed on non-China matters **WORKING RELATIONSHIPS** This position reports to the Planning Manager for China and will work closely with the Asia Controller, CFOs and China Growth Leaders This position will also work closely with other members of the Asia Finance and Control teams **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED** Education - Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics Experience (and other qualifications) - Minimum 5 years in financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, audit or business consulting - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (managing complex data files, vlookups, pivot tables, financial functions) and Microsoft Power BI - Excellent analytical and problem solving with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Team player and able to work independently
