Senior Trader

Trade global stocks, commodities, indices, and other financial instruments
- Analyse market trends and forecast future prices based on technical analysis, fundamental analysis, or other methods to determine the daily trading plan
- Interpreting regulations and laws relevant to trading activities in order to make informed decisions
- Monitor multiple markets, identify trading opportunities and trade with allocated funds
- Manage trade risk, profit /loss responsibilities of trading portfolio
- Analyse and calculate risk to reward ratio of all trades before execution
- Monitor and reconcile trading positions
- Maintain meticulous record keeping and reporting on trading activities
- Maintain strict compliance to the trader’s mandate
- Communicate with Head Trader and Research Analysts on daily basis about market information, flows and colours
- Work with Head Trader directly, to assist with routine daily trading operations and ensure trades are booked in a timely and accurate manner
- Work with the team members to improve trading strategies
- Participating in meetings to discuss trading strategies, discuss performance, risks, and opportunities

**Job Requirements**
- Personal/professional trading experience with a good track record
- Broad knowledge of global equity, commodity, and financial market instruments
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills with a passion for trading
- Exercise discipline and ensure consistency in identifying and navigating trading risks and opportunities
- Ability to react quickly to fast changing market conditions and make effective decisions
- Self-starter with ability to handle stress and work in a fast paced, high pressure, collegial, collaborative team environment
- Results driven, resilient and hardworking individual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

**Salary**: $4,200.00 - $4,800.00 per month
