Singapore BYND ARTISAN PTE. LTD. Full time

The **Design & E-Commerce Executive **is responsible for creating and designing promotional collaterals to drive the desired message for Bynd Artisan's service and products as well as maintaining the updating of the webstore. This includes working on creating advertising & promotions, generating marketing campaigns, designing of in-store marketing displays, visual merchandising and retail products/ packaging. Responsibilities include:
**Design**
- Strategise as a team to create ideas, content and campaign suggestions and execute visuals for various print and online content / digital communications collaterals across different channels from newsletter/blog/IG/IGS/FB/in-stores.
- Develop visual identities, creative concepts and directions from creative briefs.
- Preparation of artwork for new products, advertisements, product collaterals, packaging and logos etc with the use of graphic software like InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Freehand.
- Ensure smooth transition of approved artwork to actual files for imposition and printing by coordinating with outsourced sub-contractors.
- Assist in conceptualising, planning and preparing for photoshoot.
- Photography of products, events / workshops including editing for social media use.
- Execute perspective drawing of merchandising plans and layouts.
- Ensure that all creative work adheres to branding guidelines.

**E-Commerce Platform**
- Maintenance & updating of E-Commerce platform for new product uploads and price revisions and overall webstore maintenance.
- Work with marketing team, web developer and search engine SEO/SEM and FB/IG ads optimisation agency to ensure relevant assets are produced.
- Work on improving the customer experience on webstore and troubleshooting when required.
- Assist in operational aspects of seasonal gifts preparation

**Visual Merchandising / Events**
- Defining, designing and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy.
- Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
- Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays.
- Work with event companies/third-party service providers for event launches and other roadshows and campaigns.
- Work with the team to support product launches, campaigns and collaboration projects.

**Location & Working Hours**

5 Days Work Week, 9am-6:30pm

Location : Mapex, 37 Jalan Peminpin (200m from Marymount MRT)

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design/Product Design/Visual Arts/Digital Marketing equivalent
- Fresh grad with internship experience working in a similar role within the consumer / e-commerce landscape are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and Photography
