Learning Technology Specialist, Rail Training

**_ROLE _**
The E-learning individual will be part of the Training Development team that is responsible to create training curriculum that will not only enhance training effectiveness but in a smart way for SBS Transit Rail.
**Responsibilities**:
- Note that the list is not comprehensive, and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time. _
- Design, develop, implement, maintain and improve e-learning courseware
- Collaborate with Training Developers and Trainers to create digital learning solutions for various pedagogies
- Configure, deliver and administer e-learning programs through the learning management system
- Evaluate feedback from trainees and learners to improve the training or learning solutions.
- Explore creative use of technology to enhance training effectiveness
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design/IT, Multimedia, Visual Communication or related discipline
- At least 2 years’ work experience in multimedia and web design, particularly in designing and developing e-learning contents
- Skilled in authoring tools such as Articulate, Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator
- Skilled in digital photography, video recording and editing
- Team player with service-oriented personality
- Good understanding of AICC and SCORM technical e-learning standards will be advantageous
- Qualifications in ACTA, ACLP, DACE or DDDLP will be advantageous
- Applicants who lacks adequate experience may be considered for a Senior / Executive post instead
