**About the Role**:
Our client is a leading speciality chemical company seeking for a Regional Technical Service Manager to drive technical initiatives within ASEAN, build strong relationships and understand the unmet needs of their customers as well as aligning these with the solutions and capabilities that they can provide as a company.

**Your Responsibilities**:
You will oversee and manage a diverse range of technical service projects across designated territories. This includes new product development, complaint resolution, raw material approval, and existing product introductions.

Conduct technical training sessions for internal sales teams and external customers, ensuring they possess the knowledge to effectively utilize of products not limiting to Corrosion prevension, Antiwear, Extreme pressure or Antioxidants.

You will provide expert technical support to customers throughout your region, addressing their inquiries and resolving any technical issues promptly and effectively. Drive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and ensure our offerings remain competitive within the region.

You will advocate for technical advancements and contribute to the development of regional growth strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical knowledge and experience in Lubricant Additives technologies highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the chemicals industry, with a proven track record of leading technical projects and exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
