**Position title**: Executive, Communications (Partner Relations)

**I.** **Mission of the Role**:
To place WWF-Singapore at the forefront of sustainability and conservation in Singapore and the region, by spearheading all integrated communications and marketing duties of the organisation to ensure that WWF is positioned as a locally relevant, globally-oriented brand. The** Executive, Communications (Partner Relations)** is responsible for supporting the Senior Executive, Marketing Communications to drive awareness and publicity for internal and external partners, growing influence that constantly defines a human-centric, credible WWF brand that safeguards the corporate identity and reputation. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting internal business units to engage stakeholders and businesses. He/She will support thought leadership through successful communications strategies around WWF’s priority themes: Deforestation, Plastic pollution, Climate, Wildlife, Sustainability.

**II.** **Major Functions**:
Reporting to the Senior Executive, Marketing Communications this role requires collaborative and resourceful skill sets to effectively work with cross-organisational teams to support strategic directions, developing and achieving the overall communications strategy for WWF-Singapore, internally and externally - aligning with WWF’s global sustainability goals. The incumbent brings experience in Strategic Communications and Marketing Communication and will support the development of marketing communications materials (Social Media Strategy, Influencer and Content Partner Relations, Brand Communications) to ensure impact-driven, breakthrough outcomes for the environment.

**III.** **Major Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to support and achieve WWF-Singapore’s overall communications strategy
- Strong understanding of WWF-Singapore’s key competencies and advocacy positions locally and internationally
- Responsible for supporting all marketing communications (Social Media Strategy, Influencer and Content Partner Relations, Brand Communications) by developing and executing integrated communication plans across all WWF-Singapore online and offline channels, ensuring measurable and effective publicity output through key functions:
**Internal Relations**
- Assist the Senior Executive, Marketing Communications and Human Resource department in establishing organisational messages
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums - HR weekly updates, internal EDMs, etc.
- Coordinate communication plans and executions with Strategic Communications and Marketing Communications units
- Keeping track of projects listed in Editorial calendar
- Assist the communications department with other related administrative duties

**External Relations**
- Focal point for assigned WWF SG external partners by managing the relationship and connecting internally with the relevant departners.
- Coordinate communication plans and execution with Strategic Communications and Marketing units
- Project management for the assigned initiatives

**IV.** Profile**:
**Required Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in Digital Media, Journalism or Mass Communications
- Digital native with good understanding of and experience using various social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
Familiarity with content management and data analysis tools is required
- Strong visual communication and copywriting skills to support development of all marketing communications materials
- Knowledge in working with business, philanthropy, community development, conservation or social sector - not limited to government, international NGOs, multilateral institutions, think thanks/universities and the corporate sector
- General knowledge of and interest in conservation and environmental sustainability issues (and their solutions), especially as they relate to SE Asia
- Thorough understanding of, and experience in championing and communicating, the benefits of nature, conservation and related financial matters to people and society

- Good knowledge of digital trends, tools and platforms, and keep abreast of current affairs especially in Singapore and S.E.A. Experience in social media content and management, including production process.
