Singapore FD SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. Full time

Job Scope:

- Manage technical negotiations and be responsible for technical compliance of all tenders/bids
- Review tender documents received by the Company, participate in the construction and writing of the proposals, and generate the required technical information and deviations list for a tender
- Effectively coordinate with internal departments for the best and competitive solutions
- Recommend alternative technical solutions where these may be allowed and lead to a better product/ cost effectiveness
- Effectively write, present and communicate competitive bids to both internal and external stakeholders, compiling all queries and requests for additional information for communication to Clients and participate in tender clarification meetings
- Coordinate and liaise with Clients and internal departments to ensure timely responses to bid submissions and technical queries
- Develop new methodology for workflow improvements
- Assist BD Manager to review and advise on contractual matters
- Provide technical training to other staff in the team/company

**Qualification**
- Degree relevant engineering disciplines
- Minimum 2 years relevant operation/ production experience in oil & gas/marine industry
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Positive thinking, self-motivated, proactive and committed
- Team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Resourceful and possess leadership qualities
- 5 days work week: Mondays to Fridays
- 8.00am to 5.30pm
- Working location: Tuas (Transport provided)
