Cargo - Regional Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor SEA stations’ performance on weekly basis and provide data-driven performance management, pricing review and analytics
- Gain in-depth understanding of various SEA markets’ situation and potential as well as industry trends and developments in SEA region
- Develop and implement the SEA marketing and pricing strategies, to maximise revenue and loads
- Distribute the annual station cargo revenue targets to SEA stations
- Execute regular sales steering analysis and identify sales opportunities for stations to pursue and grow revenue on specific lanes
- Review and analyse the contributions of top contributing forwarders at SEA markets
- Coordinate SEA Regional Office’s response for RFQ from key forwarders as well as HQ Global Sales and Key Accounts & Verticals teams
- Be the primary contact for SEA region to serve as the conduit between Head/Regional Office stakeholders and SEA stations on issues including cargo rates filing, iCargo system-related matters, Cargo General Sales Agent (GSA) and Malaysia trucking vendor renewal and appointment exercises, Block Space Agreement (BSA) and Dead Freight Agreement (DFA) allocation submissions, operational issues escalated by stations, budget matters, etc
**Requirements**:
- Possess a University Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience in supply chain management and airfreight logistics is an advantage
- Passionate to learn and progress professionally in the airfreight logistics sector, including taking on overseas cargo postings
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Able to multi-task, work with tight deadlines and highly motivated to achieve results
- Strong team player who is able to build and maintain open and trusting partnerships with key stakeholders
- Good planning and organisation skills with good initiative
