Strategic Planner

**Job Summary**

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Support the development of the annual strategic plan, long-range outlook, and growth roadmap for Pressure Management AP.
- Support the annual planning cycle through analysis of market and competitor trends.
- Prepare executive-ready materials for AP/Global Reviews.
- Coordinate the quarterly strategic cadence, ensuring alignment across countries and functions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams to evaluate business cases for strategic initiatives, product expansions, and market entries.
- Drive follow-up actions from strategic meetings and ensure accountability and progress tracking of key initiatives.
- Maintain a structured repository of strategic data, market insights, and presentation materials for leadership use.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- 3 to 6 years of experience in strategy, business planning, management consulting, or corporate development, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to synthesize complex information into concise executive summaries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and geographies.
- Self-starter with high ownership, curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
