**What Impact You Will Make**

**Business Development**:

- Lead and contribute to the development of new business opportunities by identifying client needs and creating tailored communication strategies.
- Participate in pitch development and presentations, demonstrating a clear understanding of client objectives and challenges.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth areas, new markets, and partnership opportunities within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

**Client Leadership & Strategy**:

- Serve as the strategic lead on key client accounts, providing strategic direction and oversight for all communications projects.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business, therapeutic areas, and communication needs.
- Develop, articulate, and execute strategic plans that align with client goals and industry trends.
- Oversee the development of content and programs, ensuring that they meet high scientific and strategic standards.

**Team Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams, including medical writers, account managers, digital and creatives, to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality delivery.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
- Ensure seamless communication across departments and with clients to deliver successful campaigns.

**Market Insight & Innovation**:

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes to anticipate client needs and proactively adjust strategies.
- Incorporate market research, data analytics and insights into planning and execution to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies (includes generation of primary research and data).
- Drive innovation by recommending new solutions, platforms, and approaches for effective medical communication.

**What Skills and Experience You Will Bring**
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, preferably within a medical communications or healthcare agency.
- More than 5years of relevant experience will be consider for Senior role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Strong experience in business development, client pitches, and account leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into impactful communication strategies.
- Ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated track record of building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Financial and business acumen.
- Familiarity with digital healthcare communication trends and tools preferred.
