- FAMILIAR WITH CNC LATHE MACHINE CONTROL INTERFACES SUCH AS MAZATROL, FANUC.
- SETS UP, OPERATES AND MAINTAINS ALL MEASURING EQUIPMENT, TOOL GAGES AND FIXTURES TO ENSURE PROPER OPERATION AND ACCURACY
- PERFORMS BASIC EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE LIKE CLEANNING, TOP UP OF COOLANT, HYDRAULIC OILS AND REMOVAL OF CUTTING CHIPS
- HIGHLIGHT OR ISSUE NCR FOR NON-CONFORMANCE FOUND OR DISCREPENCY IN DIMENSIONS
- ADHERE AND KEEP RECORDS OF MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES
- ABLE TO PERFORM TROUBLE SHOOTING OF MACHINES
- 5-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RELATED FIELD IN TURNING OPERATIONS
- ABLE TO PERFORM OVERTIME WHEN NEEDED
