**Your responsibilities as Treasury Leader**:

- Collaborate with the team to manage treasury risks, including internal operational risks and external compliance risks.
- Ensure a healthy liquidity position and maintain optimal banking structures.
- Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, and financial regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and manage foreign exchange (FX) risks, ensuring the effective implementation of FX policies.
- Oversee compliance and safety of treasury transactions and settlements.
- Lead treasury management improvements by setting up internal processes, monitoring internal control KPIs, and conducting training sessions.
- Develop close working relationships with HQ Treasury to integrate regional and global treasury management practices.
- Ensure adherence to group and local norms within the scope of responsibilities.
- Coordinate fraud detection and prevention actions.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Foster the development of team members through tailored development plans, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify areas for improvement for team members and implement strategies to address these gaps.
- Recognize and develop talent within the team, providing opportunities for greater responsibility.
- Build an effective, motivated, and complementary team that works cohesively toward shared goals.
- Ensure team continuity by managing permanent recruitment efforts.
