**Job Descriptions**:
To support the function in Treasury, Banking and related activities. The position will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Banking and Treasury department for the business, provide support on strategic initiatives and Periodic reviews on Business including supporting Managers in data analysis and preparing presentations related to Business Performance.

**Overview of responsibilities:
Supervising the overall Banking Transactions
- To manage to adequate liquidity in system for managing payment commitments
- Manage drawdown of TR/IF/RCF loans and discounting
- Monitoring the interest and bank charges levied by bank
- Checking of month end Bank Reconciliations
- Check daily TT Remittances, Cheque Payments, Forex covers
- Checking of Daily Fund Report and capturing of all related information
- To check the digitalization of payments for effective coordination and execute where options available
- To facilitate smooth processing of documents with banks

Analyzing existing processes in Banking & Treasury which can be automized, work towards digitization of such processes.
- Support in implementation of SAP treasury module.
- Support team in filing of GST and statistical returns.
- Other adhoc jobs as and when required to support banking team
- To learn new skills for banking relationships like negotiation skills, structured trade finance, etc.
- To keep updated on treasury markets and their implications on our business.
- Involve in timely discussion and getting constructive feedback from the team for smooth work.

Liaising with Relationship Managers and Bank Staff to maintain healthy relationship with banks to get the work done smoothly.
- Liaising with new banks/ existing banks to increase / explore the facilities to support to trades.
- Exploring support with banks to discuss on Receivables Finance or specific trade transactions.
- Execution of Banking Facilities and other security and ancillary documents Analysis of Credit Facilities, Term Sheets and Terms & Conditions for Credit facilities.
- Providing the required information to banks for annual credit review
- Checking covenants and conditions for accepting credit facilities.
- Ensuring timely adherence to applicable Covenants
- Ensuring timely completion of account KYC, account opening, etc.

**Key Challenges**:

- Engagement with multiple parties operating in different time zones.
- Attention to each & every aspect of the transaction in detail.
- Ability to manage the work in stringent timelines.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Relevant experience of 8-10 yrs, preferably in trading industry
- Prefer to have the good knowledge of ERP system like SAP etc
- Education Qualification - CA / CS / CPA / Masters Degree / CDCS
- Strong commercial sense, strong analytical skills, attention to detail and strong grasping power.
