**Position Summary**:
The **Growth Strategist**will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our audience, increase sales performance, and improve livestream reach. This role requires a data-driven marketer with creative vision and deep knowledge of TikTok’s ecosystem, algorithms, and emerging trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement growth strategies to drive audience expansion, viewer retention, and sales conversions on TikTok livestreams.
- Identify high-potential creators, products, and campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze livestream performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with content, influencer management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives.
- Monitor TikTok trends, competitor activity, and algorithm updates to adapt strategies.
- Experiment with new tactics, such as ad campaigns, cross-platform promotion, and interactive livestream features.
- Build partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Track performance against KPIs, preparing regular reports for management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in livestreaming or e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, audience behavior, and engagement tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable plans.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with TikTok Shop and livestream selling.
- Background in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
- Familiarity with social commerce trends and tools.
