**As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for**:
- Maintaining office services by organising office operations and procedures, designing filing systems, reviewing supply requisitions, and executing clerical functions.
- Implementing procedures for taking, keeping and retrieving administrative records such as purchase orders, invoices, inventory, etc.
- Implementing office policies by executing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Keeping company leadership informed by reviewing and analysing reports, summarising information, and identifying trends.
- Assisting office staff by onboarding, orienting, and training employees
- Assisting in marketing events and ad hoc projects
- Acting as a point of contact for procurement and sales personnel of customers and suppliers
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Knowledgeable in managing processes and standards
- Knowledgeable in tracking budget and expenses
- Knowledgeable in supply management and inventory control
- Good organisation skills and time management with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective team player with strong work ethic
- Highly independent and proactive
