The AVP/Senior Manager/Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager (PCRC) will report to the Head PCRC (directly or through another supervisor) and be part of a team to support all CRC matters within the PSA Port’s Group.

The AVP/Senior Manager/Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager (PCRC) will
- Support climate policies, strategies, framework and initiatives set out by Group CRC to achieve the PSA Climate Response vision, targets and reporting requirements
- Drive Climate Response actions in the Ports Class of Business (hereafter, Ports)
- Identify suitable types of renewable energy technologies and locations for implementation in Ports
- Manage and monitor the implementation of renewable energy projects within Ports
- Ensure timely reporting of Ports sustainability input (including GHG emissions) to Group CRC
- Support the baselining and environmental, social and governance (ESG) valuation of suitable projects
- Coordinate across all Ports Business Units (BUs) to align BU targets and goals with PSA targets and goals.
- Periodically analyse climate action performance for management review and information
- Collate emerging legislation and market trends related to renewable energy purchase from Ports BUs
- Support ongoing / new communications and education / awareness initiatives to promote sustainability culture
- Coordinate efforts among Ports BUs to close gaps from Temasek’s Climate Transition Readiness Framework
- Work with Ports BUs to submit for SBTi
- Roll out and assess CRMS implementation in Ports BUs.
- Collate Energy Transition Plans from Ports BUs and track progress
- Coordinate projects with external stakeholders (e.g. Envision) both with Group CRC and among Ports BUs
- Support Ports business development projects
- Develop and review guidance documents (e.g. ePM).
- Provide input for the RE-Progen Framework.
- Prepare the Port Climate Issues as scheduled by Group CRC.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in environmental studies, engineering, science / business management or related field
- Knowledgeable in renewable energy markets and purchase mechanisms is an advantage
- Familiar with green project financing / sustainable finance frameworks is an advantage
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledgeable in international developments on sustainability, particularly on decarbonisation and green energy transition
- Knowledge of carbon pricing mechanisms, carbon offsets and credits
- Strong planning, stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
- Team player who can also work independently
- Past experience in a global or regional role would be an advantage
- Some travelling is required (a few times a year and typically for a week each)
