**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that patients’ case-notes and investigations reports are ready before the start of clinic sessions as well as preparing listings of patients for elective procedures
- Assisting doctors and providing nursing care to patients during physical examination according to patients’ condition and ensuring patients’ safety at all times
- Providing financial counselling and education on operation / treatment procedures
- Assisting in observation of and reporting patients' condition and progress during their recovery from minor procedures
- Establishing and maintaining confidentiality on patients’ medical records at all times
- Assisting Staff Nurses with dispensing of medication
- Monitoring, maintaining and replacing clinic’s equipment, instruments restocking and purchasing inventories, medical supplies, etc.
- Assisting doctor, anesthetist, staff nurses during procedures and any minor procedure
- Preparing and packing surgical items/instruments for autoclave
- Assisting in billing and registration (inclusive of Medisave submissions and Embryo Storage Renewal)
- Ensuring nursing care is delivered according to established standards
- Keeping proper records (ART, Dispatch Book, IVF Logbook) as required by Management, MOH, RTAC and any other relevant bodies) and
- Performing such other nursing duties as may be assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Enrolled Nurse practising license
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- Prior IVF experience will be advantageous

**Job Competencies**

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivator, proactive, meticulous and possess excellent organizational skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Saturday - 8.30am to 12.30pm

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $3,300.00 per month

License/Certification:

- Enrolled Nurse practising license (preferred)
