**Your new company**
You will be joining a reputable market-leader within the Semiconductor industry who is looking for a Procurement Section Head to join its Singapore office. With the vision to become a better leader in its field, the company is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join and lead the team.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for:

- Leading the Procurement Department in planning and sourcing for Projects, Equipment, MRO, Spare parts and other commodities required for operations
- Leading a team and having knowledge on sourcing and qualifying new potential suppliers from local and overseas market.
- Providing strategic planning direction, guidance and supervision to direct reports related to the timely, cost effective procurement, delivery, inventory control
- Managing suppliers’ and ensure the adherence to contractual obligations such as payment terms, delivery, quality, etc.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain or relevant
- 8 years’ experience in fast-paced manufacturing industry, ideally in Semicon
- Excellent negotiation skills and has good market and commercial awareness
- Possess good vendor networking and sourcing experience
- Leadership experience
- Proficient in ERP system, ideally SAP
