**About Our Client**:
Our client is a Honk Kong listed company manufacturing Lighting products for Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Government projects. They have been committed to providing efficient, energy-saving, safety-oriented and comfortable lighting solutions across multiple industries.
With regional offices located in China, US, UK, Japan and Singapore, they have expanded their presence to more than 30 countries and regions around the world to date.
They are now actively expanding in Singapore and looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team, helping them to develop their presence in SEA.
- Penetrate into the new markets within ASEAN via identifying the suitable project partners & customers and deliver profitable business growth in line with assigned revenue and margin KPIs
- Develop and implement GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies and business plans in line with overall group and ASEAN business strategies and goals
- Identify key stakeholders in the lighting industry ecosystem - end-users, specifiers, lighting designers, architects, M&E consultants and contractors via customer-centric and solution-centric principles.
- Build a strong pipeline of high potential lighting projects that focusses on identified market verticals
- Negotiate and close projects by striking a good balance between sales revenue and sales margin keeping in mind of short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Conduct market, competition, product, pricing, marketing analysis and provide overall feedback to internal stakeholders for continuously evaluation and improvement
- Proactive participation in cross-functional activities in order to meet regional top-line and bottom-line objectives
- Collaborate closely with the HQ and regional team to promotes trust, learning and performance.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Background in Engineering, Business or related fields
- 3 years experience in LED lighting, electrical or HVAC fields business development with proven track record of profitable business growth preferably within ASEAN
- Good lighting market understanding within ASEAN - latest trends, products, solutions, compliance preferably with direct network of Lighting Designers, M&E Consultants, Architects, Lighting contractors and/or Integrators
- Proactive with goal-orientated, Eager to win, Positive and Hunter-like personality with solution-centric and customer-centric mindset.
- Strong communication skills and analytical skills.
- Strong collaborator and team player who is passionate about building a new business.
