**Job Description**:
The Job

You will be part of the Investment & Asset Management team whose primary focus is to pursue investment opportunities and asset management of real estate assets in the region.

Reporting to Deputy Head, Investment & Asset Management (New Business), you will primarily be responsible for deal origination and evaluation, with key responsibilities as follows:
[A] Investment
- Source and identify suitable real estate investment opportunities in the region, including platform deals
- Develop strong network and relationships with investors/business partners
- Evaluate and structure real estate deals
- Prepare investment proposals including cash flow and financial analysis, presentations and approval papers to Investment Committee
- Support development management activities and coordinate closely with multi-disciplinary team (including project, finance, marketing and property managers), external consultants and investors/business partners

[B] Asset Management
- Conceptualize the overall asset management strategy to drive financial performance
- Work closely with the local teams to oversee business plans, budgeting, financial analysis and approvals

**Requirements**:

- A good degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline from a reputable university
- Qualification in CFA will be an added advantage
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry with a leading property developer
- Proven track record of sourcing and executing investment deals across multiple asset classes. Prior experience in the Australian market will be an advantage
- Possesses and demonstrated critical thinking in previous roles
- Team player who is passionate about business results, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Highly numerate and strong in financial modelling and investment feasibility studies
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders effectively
