**Position Title: Content Evaluator/Content Labeller - Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Tagalog, or Indonesian**

**Location: Penang or Singapore**

**Work arrangement: Monday to Friday. 8.00am - 5.00pm (Penang) / 8.30am - 5.30pm (Singapore)**

**Type of employment: Permanent**

**Language(s) required: Chinese/Arabic/Japanese/Korean/Tagalog/Indonesian
This project primarily involves evaluating data created by AI CHATBOTS and labelling content that may be considered sensitive according to client policies. As a part of this position, you will evaluate the data generated by AI CHATBOTS and ensure it adheres to all rules and guidelines specified by the client. Additionally, you will identify whether the data generated by the CHATBOT is deemed acceptable.

All tasks related to this project will be completed using the client's tool. Most of the data evaluated will be of extremely sensitive in nature; related to Politics, Religion, Sexual, Hate, Racism, Bullying Etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing, evaluating, and labelling a large set of sensitive data (Child Sexual Abuse Materials (CSAM), Legal, Sexual, dehumanizing, etc.)
- Assessing the accuracy and validity of the client data.
- Staying updated on any changes to the guidelines and proposing relevant updates if necessary.
- Promptly reporting any issues or errors encountered during the process.
- Meeting client expectations in terms of throughput and working hours.

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable handling and working with content of an offensive and triggering nature.
- Native proficiency in target languages, along with a strong command of the English language.
- Capable of following instructions and completing tasks within specified timeframes accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent attention to detail and quality.
- Possesses a problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for details.
- Organized and self-motivated to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
