Technical Skills, Roles, Responsiblities and Competencies

Roles:
a) Collaborates with suppliers, merchants and customers

b) Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.

b) In charge of delivery, storage and ensured products are delivered on schedule and to the correct destination

c) Handling equipment, stock, transportation cost and supervising staff, organizing and executing projects,

d) Liasing and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers, vendors, agents and contractors.

Competencies to learn:
a)To familiarize with warehouse storage space and memorized where are items stored.
b) Learn how to retrieve bulky items safely and minmize injury risk to worker.
c) To follow project director around to assist in setting up and retrieval of items

d)To familiarise address of rental locations
e) To learn how to communicate with venue operators such as managing agent, condominum security, cleaning contractor etc.

f) commence driving with part-timers to delivery and do up staging at rental venue
g) To schedule part-timers work schedules to suit delivery timeline
h) To retrieve items back from rental venue and do checklist tally before handover back to owner the property
i) Daily reporting to office on job done daily

j) To report back to office if any issue arise.

k)Ability to learn how to problem solve on site independently.
L) Learn to do staging independently according to requirements.

Qualifications:
a) At Least O Level and above

b) Good attitude, meticulous and able to work independently and under pressure

c)PC literate and Proficient in MS word and Excel, etc

d) Photoshop and illustrator is an advantage

e) Team player with pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal & communiction skills.

End of Traineship Outcomes:
1) Trainee will be able to remember where items are stored and retrieve them in a safe, efficient manner.

2) Trainee will be familiar with Singapore roads and locations and get to location is a safe and efficient manner.
3) Develop good communcation skill to ensure smooth operation during execution.

4)Trainee will be able to acces the list of part timers we have and organize the part timers' work schedules.
5) He will be able to retrieve items from warehouse and get it organize to set up at rental venue.
6) He will be able to conduct checklist tally to ensure property is returned in clean and good condition to owners.
7) He will be able to do daily reporting on job completed.

8) He will be able to solve problems when it arises independently
9) He will be able to stage up rental venue according to requirements
