**Job Description**:
**Business Analyst (BA) Intern**
- Conduct business requirement analysis for IoT-related software projects.
- Research, communicate, and uncover client needs; streamline business processes, analyze data, and produce essential project deliverables, such as wireframes, requirement specifications (PRD), etc.
- Participate in the Scrum development team’s Sprint iterations, responsible for Story breakdown and daily communication of requirements with development and testing teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage product acceptance, prepare user manuals, and provide user training and related support.

**Position Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in Energy, Automation, Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and a quick learner; experience in software development and data analysis is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience in preparing analytical reports and creating PPT documents.
- Highly responsible, with strong logical thinking, teamwork spirit, innovation, communication, coordination, and execution skills.
