Material Management Executive

**Job Summary**:

- Co-ordinate and support a smooth and efficient operation of supply chain processes to ensure customers satisfaction and cost-effective supply chain.
- To have a centralized function for creating, controlling and harmonize master data.
- To ensure all master data is synchronized across all systems to ensure that there is no duplication of master data.
- To develop new insights into solutions that result in organization improvement such as optimized usage of master data within our processes and optimize workflow of departments which requires close partnering with all business functions and Global IT organization.

**Job Description**:

- Converting all approved SAP Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders, to facilitate and coordinate Purchase Order approval process.
- Review & follow up open Purchase Order with suppliers to meet the requested delivery date.
- Maintenance of SAP Purchase info record, material master (Purchasing view).
- Support troubleshoot SAP IDOC (Intermediate Document) error and suggest solution to fix the error.
- Responsible for day-to-day Global data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements (Material master, Intercompany and related party Customer and Vendor masters) requests from the business worldwide ensuring service delivery to customers remains efficient and meets agreed service level agreements and key performance indicators
- Create/ Change/ Extend/ Delete material master (Global).
- Create/ Change/ Extend/ Delete Intercompany and related party customer master (Regional).
- Create/ Change/ Extend/ Delete Intercompany and related party vendor master (Regional).
- Mass maintenance of data (ERP client 300, ERP client 500 / MDS, ARP client 300).
- Monitor and resolve IDocs error (CLFMAS, MATMAS) in ERP client 300, ERP client 500, ARP client 300.
- Monitor and resolve plausible master data check (Siron reports) for Material, Customer, Vendor related timely.
- Checking of data accuracy and completeness
- Pick up and resolve/ settle Plausibility checks report in order to achieve a harmonized, quality database system.
- Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
- Responsible for the Integrity of Master Data and drive process improvement with in-depth knowledge of SAP business processes with cross functional integration knowledge and experience in SAP Customer and Vendor.
- To participate and provide guidance on project and new development work, ensuring adherence to master data standards and strategy; Strong cross-functional knowledge of master data usage across the supply chain.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Business / Logistics / IT (or similar qualification)
- Min. 3 - 5 years of experience in the same field as preferred.
- Preferably with knowledge of Master Data Management to ensure that transactions are properly reviewed, authorized, recorded, and executed
- Knowledge of SAP system (e.g. MM, SD, PP, WM, QM, etc) for compliance and audits, Excellent in IT Skills (Microsoft, etc).
- Must demonstrate a deep interest in research and data analysis, drawing actionable insights form raw data and information to help further the business’s cause.
- Meticulous with an eye for details and accuracy
- Communication skills are a must have and this is both in written and verbal form
- Good team player and able to work in Global environment.
