**Essential Job Functions**:
1. Work closely with multiple stakeholders in HQ, Philippines, Singapore team and local regulatory bodies in setting up the manufacturing site and to ensure alignment of the commercial objectives
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams in ensuring site readiness
3. Participate in business strategy and road mapping exercises to build industry relationship in the biopharmaceutical industry
4. Lead, plan and manage the day-to-day functions within the regulatory framework of GMP, Environmental, Health and Safety requirements
5. Plan and forecast manpower need to ensure site requirements and business objectives
**Essential Job Requirements**:
1. Degree in relevant science fields
2. More than 10 years of extensive knowledge and working experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries
3. Excellent understanding of cGMP regulatory and legal requirements in the vaccines and biologics manufacturing environment
4. Ability to communicate effectively within the site organization and across multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams in HQ, Philippines, Singapore, and local regulatory bodies
5. Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and risk management skills
