**Key Responsibilities**:
Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents, and inspect for damage or discrepancies. Accurately record received items and update inventory systems.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and ensure proper storage of products or materials. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.

Order Processing: Pick, pack, and label products or materials according to customer orders or internal requests. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.

Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move, stack, and load/unload materials. Adhere to proper handling techniques to prevent damage or accidents.

Shipping and Documentation: Prepare shipments by packing products or materials securely and generating shipping labels. Complete necessary shipping documents and coordinate with carriers for timely delivery.

Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Arrange products or materials in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and efficient space utilization.

Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks to ensure product integrity and adherence to company standards. Report any issues or defects to the appropriate personnel.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following proper handling procedures. Identify and report any safety hazards or incidents.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Communicate effectively to address any issues or concerns.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Provide input and suggestions for process improvements and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (relevant certifications may be required).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (required)

License/Certification:

- WSQ Operate Forklift (required)
