- Calculation of fees (good with maths)
- Issuing of receipts (Zoho invoice)
- Arranging of classes for members
- Basic housekeeping duties
- Overall administrative duties for the club
Job requirement
- Responsible & reliable individual
- Must value punctuality
- Independent & customer service orientated
- Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Office
- Working hours: Sat, 9am - 2pm / Sun, 11- 5pm
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills and able to relate to students, parents and coaches with quality service
- Able to work both independently and as a team member
- Location: Bukit Timah
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week
**Salary**: From $8.00 per hour
