**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, strategize, analyse and implement sourcing strategy in category sourcing and supplier initiatives and be accountable for the outcomes.
- Execute the Request for Proposal (RFQ) process through strategic sourcing approach to reduce total cost of ownership
- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures in accordance to ALPS Procurement Manual
- Lead in supplier negotiation and selection
- Co-ordinate and convene meetings with clinical and nursing champions together with institutional procurement executives, biomedical engineers, radiographers, project managers and service managers for each evaluation of product and/or services to ensure the most cost effective acquisition
- Communicate the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement to suppliers and monitor and manage compliance with the agreements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the need to consolidate, rationalise and streamline of processes to ensure better savings
- Manage suppliers’ performance to ensure quality of work and problems are resolve efficiently

**Job Requirements**
- Min. Degree in Supply Chain, Business or equivalent
- Min. 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Strategic sourcing or equivalent
- Analytical and able to think out of the box
- Familiar with SAP and Ariba will be an added advantage
