Job Description Summary

The Procurement Executive will be responsible to develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies, cost optimization, and supplier relationships management. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to execute procurement strategies aligned to corporate objectives.

You will monitor and oversee performance metrics to implement continual improvement opportunities. You will collaborate with partners to coordinate approach to cross category vendors and key strategic suppliers. You will maintain close interaction with suppliers and internal business partners to ensure procurement needs are addressed while fostering a customer-centric approach to solving issues. Other responsibilities include ensuring department compliance to company policies, procedures and regulations.
You will participate in implementing procurement strategies, processes, and policy through active oversight of functional teams and projects.
You will also be responsible for conveying corporate business initiatives and drive a clear understanding of line of sight within the team.

**Job Description**:
What you will be doing

To manage end-to-end supply chain operations including vendor management, strategic sourcing and category management
Participate in supply chain operational excellence and business process management.
Collaborate with cross functional teams in projects for new tender bids, process improvement with focus on but not limited to, efficiency and costs and maintaining a long-term commitment.
Analyze current approaches to identifying opportunities to improve speed and effectiveness of project execution, materials, sourcing, workflows, and costs.
Articulate pros and cons, facts and figures, and broad business topics to various stakeholders including senior management team.
Support the development of the plan, budget and trends of the supply chain in line with the strategy and controlling of budget on costs as a strategic partner
Generate monthly reports of activity in a timely manner, respecting the deadlines, ensure data quality, and communicate effectively.

Strategic Impact

Participate in continuous evaluation and re-evaluation of the sourcing activities in the organization to achieve lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) along with mínimal supply chain risk.
Analyse spend category, conduct market research and benchmark category trends, manage multi-year strategic sourcing strategies, and implement programs that provide a competitive advantage;
identify synergies and execute strategies to capture cross-project opportunities
Manage complex request for proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotation (RFQs), Request for Information (RFIs) and review tender / bids using lowest bid, lowest cost per quality point or best value analyses.
Create contracts, negotiate terms, and implement services.
Responsible for executing sourcing strategies for commercial procurement categories
Develop deep category, product and supplier knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Create a Valuable Business Partnership

Provide regular high-quality category communications to relevant stakeholders to ensure the businesses have a thorough understanding of the value of procurement initiatives, industry best practices, trends and category knowledge, etc.
Responsible for managing service level agreements and performance metrics to ensure acceptable service levels are delivered across the BUs.

Operational Excellence (Team, Tools, Process etc)

Challenge existing processes and constantly drive an innovative culture of continuous improvement within the team
Undertake adequate analysis enable effective supplier negotiations which deliver a sound cost base
Support the development of AOP and forecasts with the business; proactively develop strategies to achieve Plan and Forecasts

Supplier Strategy and Performance Management

Maintain, and execute overall supplier and category strategies to continuously improve our capacity and capability to ensure achievements of overall business objectives
Maintain relationships with strategic suppliers to identify areas of improvement and to drive innovative solutions.
Resolves vendor disputes and manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely supply of high-quality products and services while maintaining focus on superior customer service
Support all quality aspects of Supplier Performance Management and improvement activities including deployment of KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and regular review of performance with suppliers
Cascade performance metrics, policies, and procedures across our supply base
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors. Implement strategies to optimize contract negotiations, contract renewals, invoicing and conduct visits to evaluate vendor performance.
