(training will be provided) - Answer phone calls and respond to whatsapps messages for enquiries and appointment bookings (patients can book any slot on their own so that is less work for you too) - Housekeeping after each patient leaves, so every patient get a really clean room to enjoy their treatment - Assist with medicine prescription and preparation - Collect various forms of payment - Order supplies - Check letter box - Open the clinic and prep the clinic for the day like Snow White does with animals singing along. Just kidding but you can make do with our calming clinic music - Be Santa's greatest helper to the assistant clinic manager/clinic manager - Finish closing duties so that you can wrap up and head home to spend time with your family or yourself - Attend any training if needed - Update our whatsapp broadcast list **Good to have**: - Teamwork and always willing to help fellow colleagues whenever possible - Interest and passion in healthcare/TCM - Have career goals in healthcare industry - Care for our clinic like it is your own home and take pride in making this a better place for everyone - Care for our patients and have empathy for what they go through.
